Edkore provides access to the website www.edkore.com under the terms and conditions below. By accessing and using the site, you accept these terms of use. The edkore.com website and the elearning.edkore.com platform (hereinafter the "Platform") are operated by INFOSEC CENTER SRL (hereinafter "Edkore").

1. Access

We allow access to our site and may withdraw or amend the site without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may restrict access to some parts of our site, or to the entire site.

2. Services offered

Edkore offers digital-skills training courses, delivered online through the eLearning platform, through live sessions and through training at the client's premises. Some courses are fully funded through national or European programs (e.g. NRRP) or are offered free of charge to eligible beneficiaries, subject to availability.

3. User account

Access to courses requires creating an account on the eLearning platform. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login details and for all activities carried out through their account. Edkore reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights appearing on our site and in the materials published on it, including, without limitation, trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, signs, video, publications, reports and text. Use of our site and its content does not grant you any right over our intellectual property or the intellectual property of third parties on our site and its content.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, record, transmit, commercially exploit, edit, communicate to the public or distribute in any way the services, web pages or materials on our site. Any use other than that permitted under these terms may only be carried out with authorization. Unless otherwise stated, third parties who publish their content on our site retain full ownership of the copyright in their material.

5. Use of the site and visitor conduct

You may use our site (or any part of it) in accordance with all applicable laws relevant to the jurisdiction from which you access the site. You agree that, in using our site, you will not:

• use the site in any way that may encourage, procure or carry out criminal or illegal activities;
• transfer files to or through the site that contain viruses, trojans, worms or anything else malicious or technologically harmful, or that may interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operation of the site;
• introduce or transfer through the site material that is defamatory, slanderous, obscene, offensive, threatening, blasphemous or that may cause discomfort;
• use the site in a way that causes its interruption, damage or malfunction;
• use the site in a way that infringes the rights of any other person or company (including, without limitation, intellectual property or privacy rights);
• do anything that attempts to bypass or interfere with the security features of the site;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part or component of the site, to the server on which it is hosted, or to any server, computer or database connected to the site;
• upload files containing an active hypertext link to another website.

6. Your obligations

You confirm that:

• all information and details you provide to us (including at registration, if applicable) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times;
• you will comply with the site-use restrictions set out in Section 5 and elsewhere in these terms;
• with respect to any material published on our site, you have the right to do so and have obtained all necessary licenses or approvals.

7. Submitting information

Any ideas, suggestions, comments, concepts, know-how, information, techniques, text, photographs, graphics or other content ("materials") that you send or upload to our site will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting any materials to us, you warrant that they will not:

• be defamatory, slanderous, obscene, offensive, threatening, or material that may cause discomfort or anxiety;
• infringe the legal rights of any other person;
• infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, design right, patent or any other intellectual property anywhere in the world;
• falsify or delete author attributions, or remove legal or proprietary notices.

We will not be responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or by any other user of the site.

8. Certificates

Upon completion of the courses, participants receive certificates of completion in accordance with the conditions of each program. Certificates are issued subject to full completion of the course and passing the related assessments.

9. Our legal obligations and limits on liability

We accept no liability for:

• damage to your computer operating system or loss of data resulting from the use of the site or in connection with downloading any posted material, or from any site linked to it, except where such damage results from our negligence;
• any loss, damage, expenses, costs, delays or other liability (including, without limitation, any financial loss, such as loss of profit) that you may incur as a result of any event beyond our reasonable control (including any failure of transmission, communication, computer or other facilities, or the inability to access the site for any reason).

All content on our site is provided "as is". Edkore makes every effort to keep the Platform running continuously, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions.

10. Security and privacy

We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which contains important information about the use of your personal data and forms part of these terms. By using the site, you agree to such processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.

We may cooperate with any law enforcement authority or any court order requiring us to disclose the identity or location of anyone breaching these terms. We may investigate any breach of these terms or any reported complaint and take any action we deem appropriate (including removing information, issuing warnings, suspending or restricting access).

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time. All changes take effect from the moment they are posted on the site, and you are deemed to have accepted those changes by your use of the site from that point.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute regarding these terms, or any claim arising out of or related to a visit to the site, the laws of Romania apply.
